-Duly accomplished and signed application form (must be computerized, font style and font size is Arial 12 only; must be printed in A4 sized paper)
-KVAC Data Privacy Consent Form
-1 pc passport sized colored picture (white background)
-Original passport (at least 6 months valid beyond intended stay)
-Copy of passport data pageOriginal copy of valid visas and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years
-Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, and average daily balance for the last 6months)
-Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 3 months
-Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316
-Original PSA Marriage contract (if applicable)Original PSA Birth certificate (if applicable)

KOREAN VISA STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE:
1. Fill out the Visa Application Form. (Computerized & must be Arial 12pt)
2. Submit the complete requirements to Shaskia Travel and Tours and pay the visa and or processing fees.
3. We will lodge your application and pickup your passport at Korean Embassy.

The approval and denial of your application is upon the discretion of Embassy.
